Our Policy: We do understand sometimes an item may not be suitable. We will do our best to resolve any issues with the items promptly within 48 hours.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange on a customised item. However we will accept a return or exchange on all other items providing you notify us when you receive the item that it is unsatisfactory and on the condition the item has not been worn or damaged by you. Items must be sent back in the original packaging within two weeks from the date of delivery. We will refund the full price of the item. We are unable to cover shipping costs for returns/repairs. As each situation can be different, please give full details for returns/repairs below and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
